1. How to place an order?

a. If you find something interested on our website, tell us the picture’s code, the size/qty that you need, sent an email or make a phone call to us, we will sent you a formal quotation within 48hours.

please email your own pictures to us, then we will paint that based on your need.
You are welcome to send us the pictures that you need, then tell us your requirements, including size, qty or any other special requirements,, then we will paint that based on your need.

2. What kind of oil paintings do you provide?

We provide a wide variety of subjects, which includes but not limit to: Portrait oil painting, modern & abstract oil painting, figure oil painting, nude oil painting, garden oil painting, landscape oil painting, flower oil painting, still life oil painting, Venice oil painting, animals oil painting, street scenes oil painting, seascape oil painting, cityscape oil painting, oil paintings from photographs, etc. We also provide original oil painting works, reproduction of famous paintings.

3. I would like to buy, what is your price?

Most of our prices are range from 4USD to 200USD,for different subjects, different qualities, we offer different prices, you will get discounts if order more paintings, for more details and price lists, please email us at: sales@amoy-art.com

4. What are sizes of paintings?

8 "x 10 "(20*25cm), 12"x16"(30*40cm), 16"x20"(40*50cm), 20"x24"(50*60cm), 24"x36"(60*90cm), 30"×40"(70*100cm), 40"×40"(100*100cm),36"x48"(90*120cm) and 48"X72" (120*180cm)or any other customized sizes.

5. Can I send you photos to paint?

Sure, we can paint the paintings from photos.

6. What is the minimal order quantity?

We provide both retail and distribution service, so there is no minimal order quantity, you can even order 1piece. But we suggest you order more pieces, it can save you much money on shipping and also get discounts.

7. How do you pack and ship paintings?

Our staff will firstly cover the paintings with a plastic film, and then roll the paintings to one tube or carton carefully, cover the painting with bubble wrap sheet for outside protection, and then send your paintings By air courier or by sea shipment.

8. Can you meet the customers’ requirements about the styles and sizes?

Most of our artists have more than 10 years’ working experience in paintings, they are specialized in different styles/subjects, and they are skillful enough to paint them to satisfy the desire of the customers.

9. How can I pay? What is your payment term?

a. Western Union: it is much faster and convenient than other payments. The money will arrive in 1 working day.
b. T/T Transfer via Bank of China; T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) The money will arrive in 3-7 working days.
c. PayPal.Paying by PayPal is also very convenient for both of us.

PS: You are kindly requested to pay by Western Union or T/T the full amount.
If your order is more than 500USD, we accept 50% deposit and the remaining 50% paid before shipment. Thank you for your cooperation!

10. Which shipping companies do you us?
We normally use: UPS, DHL, FEDEX, EMS, TNT air transport and transportation by sea, our departure place is Xiamen Port.

11. How to Refund?

Amoy Art Distribution would like to make sure that you to enjoy the purchasing experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with a painting you received, inform us within 24 working hours after you receiving the oil paintings and return the item undamaged within 7 working days upon receipt of replacement or a full refund. Under no circumstances will a refund be granted after this time.

The refund will NOT include shipping costs, duty or customs fees (if applicable). To apply for this, the oil painting should be in the original condition and packaging with no signs of damage, plus anything included within. The credit will be applied once the painting has been received and its condition checked.

To request a return, you must have good reasons for that. Please contact us by e-mail, explain the problem, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
